Andrea’s Hair Secrets Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

    Shipping Restrictions:

    • Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.

    Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

    • Andrea’s Hair Secrets is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

    • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses:

    • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
