All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages:

Andrea’s Hair Secrets is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if necessary.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
